Mentorship sessions will help teams understand real-world challenges in Gaming and Artificial Intelligence, after which participants will begin brainstorming ideas and planning their solution approach. By the end of Day 1, teams are expected to finalize their concepts and prepare for the development phase.

During this intensive development phase, teams will work on product design, AI or gaming implementation, testing, and optimization with continuous mentorship support from industry professionals. Regular checkpoints and guidance sessions will ensure steady progress, innovation, and technical excellence. This phase encourages creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration as teams transform their ideas into fully functional prototypes.

On the final day, the 36-hour hackathon concludes with project submissions and final presentations. Teams will demonstrate their solutions to a panel of industry experts and judges, showcasing their innovation, technical skills, and real-world impact. After the evaluation process, winners will be announced and recognized during the prize distribution ceremony, followed by the closing session and networking opportunities, marking the successful completion of the hackathon.
